Roadway Construction Case Resolves

David Paul of Paul & Perkins successfully represented a resident of Polk County who was seriously injured as he lawfully drove through an improperly maintained road construction zone. After his injury, the client soon learned that he was facing one of the largest national roadside construction companies. The local counsel he initially retained had years of litigation experience with only nominal offers from this construction company's insurer.
